ICRA DOWNGRADES MYSORE PAPER, PUTS TWO MORE ON RATING WATCH
Article Abstract:
Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency (ICRA) has lowered the rating of Mysore Paper Mills from MA- to MB denoting inadequate safety. ICRA has revised the rating as the newsprint and paper industries' perspectives are negative. ICRA has put Transport Corporation of India (TCI) and Anagram Finance (AF) on rating watch. TCI's fixed deposit programme and partly convertible debenture programme are at present rated MA+ and LA respectively. TCI is restructuring its business and has low returns from its investment in group companies. AF is likely to be merged with Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India. (rk)
